No Knead Raisin Walnut Bread
Ingredients
6 c all-purpose flour
¼ c sugar
2 t active dry yeast
1 T honey
2 t cinnamon
2 t salt
1 c raisins
1 cup chopped walnuts
3 c cool water
Directions

In a large bowl, whisk 6 cups of flour, sugar, yeast, cinnamon, and salt.

Stir in raisins and walnuts.

Add honey and water… do not knead (may need more flour to make a moist, shaggy dough).

Over and let rise in a cool place until doubled, for 7-8 hours.

Once Dough Has Doubled….

Preheat oven to 450.

Place empty Dutch oven into stove for 20 minutes to heat thoroughly.

Roll dough pout onto a floured surface and form into a round ball using scraper.

Place on parchment paper and place parchment paper into Dutch oven.

Make a long slice in the top of dough.

Cover and place in oven for 30 minutes.

Remove cover and bake for an additional 20-30 minutes (until bread sounds hollow). Can lightly cover if bread is getting too brown.

Remove and cool on a wire rack.
